    If you don’t receive an email after making a reservation, it could be that you have mentioned wrong email address or your Internet Service Provider must have blocked the email thinking it was spam. Check your spam folder and add our email address reservations@roomsarabia.com to your address book so that it doesn't get filtered out next time.     How do I get a receipt or invoice of my Hotel Booking…?
    Your invoice is emailed to you along with the booking confirmation. However, if you have not received your invoice, you could login into your account on our website and follow the below mentioned steps to get an invoice/ receipt copy from Bookings - View Existing Booking: Search with the filter criteria's available for your Existing booking - Select booking then Go to Services - Invoice: and Print. However, if you don’t have an account with us, drop us a mail at reservations@roomsarabia.com and we would send you a copy of your invoice.
    Can I cancel my Hotel reservation Online…?
    Yes, Hotels booked on our website can be cancelled online. You could login into your account on our website and follow the below mentioned steps to cancel your booking from the Existing Bookings -> View Existing Booking: Search with the filter criteria's available for your Existing booking - Select the booking then Go to Services - Cancel Booking. Once you are done with checking the cancellation conditions you can go ahead and cancel your booking.
    What would be the Hotel cancellation charges…?
    The cancellation charges depend on the hotel, time of stay (‘season’ time, ‘off-season’ time), and time of cancellation. To know what’s applicable in your case, check the hotel’s booking policy mentioned on the booking page while making the reservation. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotel,Charges may differ from Hotel to Hotel for hotel transactions made.
